ideal and incredibly beautiful place with nice staff and magnificent location in the center of ceuta. location really close to numerous attractions and sights and sea and the marina. brand-new, well-equipped room with a private bathroom and a shower and hairdryers. exceptionally comfortable bed and good services.

The hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The rooms were jaw-droppingly gorgeous and squeaky clean. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided free mini bar, water, and breakfast. The location was super convenient, with tourist guide books available. The room had a coffee machine, chocolates, and special soaps. It was such an amazing stay, we will definitely be coming back!

The location is particularly great and it's easy to walk to numerous attractions, stayed in a brand-new single room with an amazing terrace.

Unauthorized entry into the room occurred twice, in spite of the do not disturb sign being displayed.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and I loved the festive decorations and the cozy atmosphere in the lobby. The staff was nice and welcoming, always making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions in the city and views of the sea. The room was spacious and included a mini fridge and a coffee maker, which was a nice touch.

I was disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate as advertised on their website. , the noise level in my room was unbearable at times, with sounds coming from the street and other guests’ rooms.
